Our target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every page or third-party service currently conforms.

What we do

• Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and meaningful image alternatives.
• Keep navigation and purchasing flows operable with a keyboard.
• Contain focus inside open dialogs and return it when they close.
• Provide visible focus states, clear errors, and status announcements.
• Respect reduced-motion preferences and avoid essential information in motion.
• Combine automated checks with manual keyboard and assistive-technology testing.

Audio and video

The moving hero background is decorative. The short sound previews are music-only clips with no spoken dialogue, and each has a labeled sound control. Spoken video should be published with captions and an equivalent text transcript.

Known limitations

Shopify checkout and media hosted by TikTok or YouTube are third-party services. Their accessibility can change outside our control. Captions on some older or externally hosted videos have not yet been manually verified. If one of these services blocks you, contact us and we will help provide the product information, transcript, or purchase path in another format.

Assessment approach

We use automated WCAG checks and manual reviews of keyboard navigation, focus order, zoom and responsive layouts, form errors, media controls, and screen-reader output. Automated tools cannot prove that a site is fully accessible, so each release still requires a human check.
